This notice covers the enquiry form on this website. We use your details to respond to you, and for nothing else.
Who we are
Eagle Advisers (“we”) decides how the information you send through this website is used. You can contact us at yf@eagleadvisers.co.uk.
What we collect
Through the enquiry form we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company (if you choose to give it) and the message you write. We do not ask for anything else.
How we use it
We use it to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list because you have contacted us. We use your information because it is needed to respond to you, including before any agreement is made, and because it is in our legitimate interest to reply to people who contact us.
Who else handles it
Your enquiry reaches us by email. To deliver it we use Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (website hosting), who handle the information on our behalf only to provide those services. Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards that UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our ordinary business and legal record-keeping.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to our using it, or to restrict how we use it. Email yf@eagleadvisers.co.uk and we will respond. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
